CANCELLATION POLICY
Dear Our Loyal Clients, We want to thank you for choosing Salon Ambiance for your beauty and self-care needs. To ensure the best experience for all of our clients and to respect the time of our team, we are implementing a deposit policy for services valued at $100 or more, effective February 1, 2025. New Policy Details: 1. Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking for over $100. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance on the day of your appointment. 2. Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of your appointment, the deposit will not be refunded. If no deposit was initially given then 50% of the service will be charged. 3. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your appointment, the full amount of the service will be charged to the card on file. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we encourage you to reach out to us as early as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment.
